These terms govern the purchase and use of VA Scripts resources. Payment itself is completed with Tebex, the independent seller (merchant of record) of the transaction — so Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to the payment. The terms here cover the licence and your use of what you bought; by completing a purchase you accept both.
Seller and payment. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited (registered in England and Wales, company no. 08129184), which handles payment methods, invoicing and VAT. Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your location. VA Scripts never sees or stores your card details.
Delivery. Delivery is digital and instant: once Tebex approves the payment, the resource is automatically granted to the Cfx.re account (Keymaster) you were signed in with at checkout — typically within seconds. It is your responsibility to complete the purchase with the correct Cfx.re account.
Licence. A purchase is a licence to use, not a sale of the code. The licence entitles a single Cfx.re account to run the resource — on as many servers under that account as you like, including paid and donation servers. You may not resell, redistribute, share or leak the files, and you may not attempt to bypass or decompile the escrow protection. Config, locales, SQL and UI strings are delivered in the open and may be freely adapted for your own use.
Transfers. A resource can be transferred to another Cfx.re account once, via Keymaster. After the transfer your own access lapses, and the resource cannot be transferred again.
Right of withdrawal and refunds. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you consent at purchase to delivery beginning right away, and the withdrawal right (14 days in the EU) therefore lapses on delivery. Sales are final once the resource has been granted to your Keymaster, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If something does not work as described, open a ticket on Discord — we fix faults. It is your own responsibility that your server meets the requirements on the product page (framework, versions and dependencies).
Chargebacks. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us on Discord or Tebex support before opening a dispute with your bank. An unjustified chargeback may result in the grant being revoked and future purchases being declined.
Updates and support. The price is a one-time amount with updates for the lifetime of the product — new versions land directly in your Keymaster. Support is handled through tickets on our Discord. We may discontinue a product with reasonable notice; this does not affect resources already granted.
Disputes. Questions about these terms or about a purchase can always be raised with us on Discord. Complaints about the payment itself are handled by Tebex (tebex.io/contact), and the purchase agreement with Tebex is governed by their terms. The relationship between you and VA Scripts is governed by Danish law.
