The shop is built so we process as little personal data as possible ourselves: payment and invoicing sit with Tebex, FiveM login happens at Cfx.re, and the little that remains with us is described here.
Checkout with Tebex. When you pay, Tebex Limited collects your name, email, billing address, payment details and technical data such as your IP address. Tebex is the independent data controller for that information and retains it under its own privacy policy — for up to 10 years for tax purposes. Rights over checkout data (access, correction, erasure, etc.) are exercised directly with Tebex via support@tebex.io.
What we receive. From Tebex we can see the contents of your order, your Cfx.re username and your email in our control panel. We use this solely for delivery, troubleshooting and support, and we do not pass it on to anyone else.
Discord login. Discord login is optional and exists only because certain packages require a Discord id at purchase. If you sign in, we store your Discord id and name in a cookie in your browser — not in any database. They are sent to Tebex with the order for packages that require them, and are removed when you log out.
FiveM login. Signing in with FiveM happens at Tebex/Cfx.re — we never see your password. After a purchase, your browser remembers the name of the Cfx.re account the basket was signed in with, so the site can show where your purchases land. It lives only in your own browser and is removed with “Forget FiveM account” in the account menu.
Cookies and local storage. The site uses only what it needs: a cookie holding your language choice, Discord login cookies, and browser local storage for the basket, discount codes and a checkout in progress. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking — the anonymous visitor statistics are described below and set no cookies.
Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics: page views, referring page, country, and browser and device type. The measurement sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot follow you across websites or devices — visits are recognised only through an anonymised value that rotates daily. The numbers are used solely to see which pages get used, and are processed by Vercel Inc. as our data processor.
Your rights and contact. To access, correct or delete anything we hold, reach us through the Discord linked in the header. For payment data, contact Tebex at support@tebex.io — they normally respond within a month.
